Made by MS Productions ( the main carbon fibre supplier to Ducati and BMW Motorcycle Division), a 100% pre-preg carbon fibre rear hugger. This hugger (unlike the OE plastic one or the BMW carbon part) includes the chainguard.

It also does not have the hole in the middle that the BMW carbon hugger appears to have right in the spot that is (or should be!) providing the protection for the shock absorber.
